When Boyfriend and your MatchGirl had only been dating a couple of weeks, we took a little road trip to Philly, to meet up with one of Boyfriend's friends and see a band play. It was only a couple of hours, each way, in the car, but that's a lot when you're first starting out and getting to know one another.
This past weekend we took a little trip to visit my parents in New Hampshire - about 6 1/2 hours (thank you, Connecticut traffic) there and about 5 back. Somehow, we made it out OK, and we still like each other.

As a kid I had relatives in NH and Maine so we were up there every summer. It's so beautiful! I'm glad you had a great trip. :)
