The thing about living together is that you get to see all the peccadillos of your significant other. Boyfriend and your MatchGirl have both shown our true colors and I think that's a great thing.
So last week when your MatchGirl dragged Boyfriend to the reunion show of a band her friends were in, that he had no real desire to go to, he had already earned an extra gold star.
When he spent that Thursday evening hanging out with your MatchGirl and not one but two of her ex-boyfriends... and was super relaxed about it ... that earned him a galaxy of gold stars.
It's nice to be at a point in your relationship where you can be confident in what you have. When you can know that what you've got is good stuff. That the grass could not be any greener than it is here, right in your own backyard.
