The "gone fishin'" sign was up on the blog for the past several days. And for good reason.
Boyfriend and your MatchGirl just returned from a trip to New Orleans, Louisiana.
We went to celebrate the wedding of our friends Gabe and Fidelma, but we made sure to leave a couple of days on either side of the nuptials to explore the city.
We rented a home, with some other Brooklyn friends, in the Marigny and were able to spend some time just wandering around, hanging out and enjoying the parts of the city less traveled by tourists - though, of course we made it to some key tourist destinations!
